We listen, act, and transform
Finding Focus is a specialty telehealth practice working with ADHD and the co-occuring disorders found frequently in adults and children. I have worked in the mental health field for 20 years, receiving a masters in Nursing from Yale University and doctorate in Nursing from Columbia University. All appointment times are extended to allow for true connection and exploration, not simply medication refills. We make decisions together, grow together, learn together.
